A Floral Twist for Your Summer Sips.
Elevate your rose infusion to a refreshing ice drink with this delightful rose-infused recipe. Light, floral, and naturally refreshing, this rose ice-tea is the perfect way to stay cool while enjoying the subtle aroma and health benefits of roses. Ideal for warm afternoons or a refreshing twist at your next gathering!

Ingredients:

  • 5-8 Valientea rose buds
  • 2 black or green tea bags (optional for a caffeine boost)
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1-2 slices of lemon or lime (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional for garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

Brew the Rose Tea:
Bring the water to a boil, then remove from heat. Add the rose bud. Let it steep for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

  1. Sweeten the Tea (Optional):
After steeping, stir in honey or agave syrup while the tea is still warm, adjusting the sweetness to your liking.
  2. Cool the Ice-Tea:
Let the ice-tea cool to room temperature then transfer it to a carafe and store it in the fridge to chill for at least an hour.
  3. Serve Over Ice:
Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour the chilled rose infusion over the ice or add the ice cubes to the carafe.
  4. Add Lemon and Garnish:
Add a slice of lemon or lime for a citrusy twist and garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra refreshing touch.

Enjoy:
Serve and enjoy your refreshing rose iced tea, perfect for warm days or as a unique and healthy beverage option.
